three years,including 54.36 million yuan in the constru-to-village-three-level
standard roads have been built, a 1.9-hectare culture square has been
constructed, the Xinfeng Middle School has been removed and the central
primary school has been rebuilt. The construction of the police center,
hospital, and so on has also been completed, which indicates the standardization
of management, plurality of investment and standardization of construction.
