Ginger planting
Xinfeng brand ginger has a long history, originated from the Ming
Dynasty over three hundred years ago. The yearly production amounts
to 3000 to 4000 tons, which is mainly sold in the three provinces
of Zhejiang, Jiangshu and Shanghai. It is a traditional product of
Jiaxing.
Xinfeng ginger is characteristic of high peppery, rich fiber and easy
storage. Fresh ginger is crisp and delicious. The hot flavorful ginger
is the usual condiment in people's daily life. Furthermore, fresh
ginger can be processed into many other by-products and medical products.

Zuili
Jinxiangshi in Xinfeng is famous for it's unique plum named Zuili.
As a poet praised, "the plum in here is the best".According
to the history recording, plum planting has a history of more than
2400 years. Nanguo litchi and Xijing grape are wonderful fruits,
but Zuili is the best of all. It even has a beautiful folklore about
two kings and a beauty.
Zuili has a beautiful appearance of flat outline and blood-red
color. As the plums are ripe, a wine flavor greets you. The pulp
of the plum is as delicious as amber. By scratching the peel wit
the finger, you can suck all the pulp, your mouth filled with the
special delicious taste. In 2000, it won the first prize for fruit
appearance and quality in Zhejiang.
